PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

MyCase made it possible for me to have all my client files consolidated into one digital space. This ensures accessiblity of documents for me and my clients. The platform is highly secure. My clients are now at ease knowing their sensitive data won't be leaked to other third parties.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I dislike the fact that clients are forced to own an active account from MyCase. Without it, clients can't make payment. Some of my clients are limited on a consulation basis. That means they're not required to gain portal access which entials to manually set things up so they can make payment.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I get to streamline my workflow. I'm able to do this by ensuring files are securely stored in a single location. At the same time, client interactions are consolidated. Great calendar management, time trakcing, and invoice generation.
