MyCase is a reliable tool that I rely on for my everyday work. It allows me to increase my workload without compromising anything.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It’s a little bit difficult to learn, in my opinion. It takes time to master its ins and outs, but nothing is impossible.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can reorganize our flies and group them according to their case type, making it easier for everyone to locate documents. I also feel comfortable using MyCase instead of MS Word and GDocs because I know that nothing terrible will happen to our papers.
