What are the best aspects of this product?
With MyCase we can easily create invoices, input info whenever we receive payment, there is an option for receiving payment via My Case. We can keep track of trial dates and deadlines, we can link those events to the calendar on our phone. It has great feature for date calculator. We are able to add clients and to provide them with access to their case files. The reports we get are easy to read and detailed. We are allowed to load the documents with cases and expanses. There is timer-function feature that is great when you start working on a project and when you’re done you can fill in the case and it bills your time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish they could make the timer as widget on my mobile device. It would be great if they could make the invoices more customizable. I think that the message system is unnecessary.

Great tool for a law company. It helps us to keep track of time, bill and organize the cases. We are even able to keep track of deadlines as well.
