What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that MySurveyLab is intuitive compared to other tools.it comes with a good user interface and a variety of questionnaires. It is a responsive tool that provides real-time results. The mobile app is also reliable in gathering online data. It can be integrated with other tools as well via REST API. I also like the support team for being quick in answering my questions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For me, the icons look a bit “old school,” but they are doing their roles effectively. That’s not a big deal, though.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With MySurveyLab, we can see the customer satisfaction level in multiple areas and do something to improve our service. The important surveys are connected with our multiple shops, and since this tool comes with apps for mobile devices, can conduct surveys in our shops and compare data in each. We simply gauge the satisfaction rate with MySurveyLab.
