What are the best aspects of this product?

The dashboard, metrics, and trends that come with MySurveyLab are the things that caught my attention. They are the best! I’ve tried and used several survey tools before, but MySurveyLab stood out when it comes to data presentation. Also, it enables me to generate reports so I can filter and manage them in my ways.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I find some setting and menu a bit complicated. I already take this to their attention, and they promised to simplify them.

With MySurveyLab, I can effectively track my data that relates to customer satisfaction in a centralized place. Through this, I can immediately see what aspect of my service needs some improvement and make the right decision to increase customer satisfaction.
