For us it is definitely the ease with how the software can be set up quickly and without any complications coupled with the major fact that it works first time.

After 10 years of constant use we have not seen any problems that effect how we use the software.

Nakivo are constantly updating and innovating which in many caese has seen them supply features that we had not even thought of yet.
