A good and reliable backup software

What are the best aspects of this product?

Been using this solution for many years. It truly fits our environment as end-user as well as a managed services provider for SMEs. Recover was easy, either by VM image or files & folders level is possible. We are also using the Replication feature to have offsite backups and DR purposes. Overall good!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Probably to have customer / end user login to have overview and manage license subscriptions, upgradable or downgradable options, etc.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Server recovery due to Ransomware and hardware failure.
Files and folders recovery.
Offsite replication and DR for SME.
