A good product that meets what it offers

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is very easy to do in all the formats in which it is implemented, whether as an appliance, in a windows machine, or an implementation in NAS. I only use the appliance one, but I have tried all of them in trial mode to know which one interested me more.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like it to be in Spanish

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I had a malware attack on our system that left us locked all the files of our users waiting for us to pay to be able to unlock them. I started the replieces I had made with Nakivo and everything worked correctly again without having to do anything else
