What are the best aspects of this product?

Lots of features that support both AWS, VMware and Hyper-V

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Software seems a little buggy, but support manages to get fixesfor any issues so far.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Faster repository space reclaim and management. Fully automatic restore from VMware VMs to EC2 instances and vice versa.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Cost effective backup and replication solution.
