What are the best aspects of this product?
Its fast, and you can easily encrypt and send backups offsite. It is pretty easy to get the hang of and use.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The scheduling of jobs can be a little confusing with retention periods. The dashboard refreshing is annoying and hard to look at.
