What are the best aspects of this product?
The whole UI compared to unitrends is a lot easier to understand and use. Very straight forward to set up local backups and then replicate these backups to the cloud for minimal cost towards others.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
None, seamless working for us. When we needed support they were very quick at replying and offering solutions
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
None, it does everything we require
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The main hurdle was price. We were paying for an onsite server, an offsite physical server and software/support from unitrends. This product gave us the capability to reuse the onsite server, backup to Wasabi for a fraction of the cost.
