What are the best aspects of this product?
I discovered Nakivo within Synology NAS DMS applications. We needed to backup our VMs (three hosts and 8 VMs). I was very impressed by the ease of setting up and the performence. I highly recommend it for small companys with limited budget as the price is okay.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
As we renewed, we had to pay for the time we didn’t had any maintenance and support. I think this is not very fair.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Nothing...

Very easy and fast backup for VM-Server on a Syntology-NAS.
