What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how easy it is to setup Nakivo to backup from our VMWare systems. Once setup it just does what it is meant to do. Even better I have been able to boot up a VM straight from its backup and get everything back online so fast. Great product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing that I can think of at the moment.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would love for them to add the ability to backup our Google Desktop Drives to our NAS - even if they charged a bit extra for that. I believe they can currently do that for OneDrive?

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Has been a great straight forward backup product that just does what it is meant to do.
