What are the best aspects of this product?

It's so easy to use and to deploy onto your VM environment is quick and easy. It's cheap, it works and its reliable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are too many updates, but suppose they are making some futures better.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have a reliable backup solution that works in our environment with Nutanix. It's easy to restore and even easier to preform backups.

We used Veeam

Why did you decide to change it?

Veeam is too expensive, complicated and the restore of the files was not always successful
