What are the best aspects of this product?
The Customer support, easy of deployment and the product updates. Besides of course the ease of product use and the file granular recovery or the full vm recovery options are very easy to use and takes very little efforts to recover. The product is amazing and the team both technical and support are superb.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I did not find any problematic reasons to specify. The team is doing a very good job
