What are the best aspects of this product?
We have never regretted the switch from Veeam to Nakivo and the backup runs perfectly on our Synology NAS, which gives us great flexibility and is very cost effective for us. The implementation was done in a very short time and it just works. Exactly what you would expect from a backup software. However, if questions or problems occur, the competent support helped us within a short time and we have never been disappointed.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
New versions are not released directly in the Synology App Store. However, they can easily be downloaded from the Nakivo website and installed manually.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
We don't miss any funktion at the moment.

Backups are made faster and more cost effective than before.
