What are the best aspects of this product?

We've found Nakivo to be a simple, yet elegant solution for backup and recovery in our virtual Hyper-V environment. The software works as advertised, is reliable, and the support team at Nakivo backing the software up is excellent. We will be expanding our usage of Nakivo as our business continues its growth.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The transporters have to be manually updated once it auto-updates Nakivo Backup & replication.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Simple missing files to host migrations, Nakivo made our job easier and gave us peace of mind knowing that we have reliable backups of all our infrastructure.
