What are the best aspects of this product?

Very easy to setup, small footprint, low (zero) maintenance, continuous improvements and great support if required.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No issues so far.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Maybe a mobile app to monitor status and job progress.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Staged backups due to limited time windows i.e. to disk then off to cloud. Replication of most critical VMs.
