What are the best aspects of this product?
Very easy to deploy and configure your backups. It can run as VA, on Windows, on Linux or a on any NAS device.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When you run into an issue there is not a great community out there to easily find a fix so you will need to contact support. But they are great and quick.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I can't imagine anything else, it does what we need it to do.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We needed a solution that can backup and replicate VMs running on free ESXi hosts and at the time Nakivo were the only ones out there.
