What are the best aspects of this product?
I really like Nakivo approach at the Backup and replication for the virtual environment.
It doesn't needs a Windows Machine to run on top of it because it could run on a Linux Virtual Appliance or directly on a NAS Storage. It has a simple but efficient web interface that is very clear and intuitive.
It supports Windows and Linux and for me, and a lot of customers that I follow is the best backup and replication software that we've tried in a couple of years.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing special, in particular for the SMB market.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Better Site Recovery for Replication, ability to add more and more schedule to a single job.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I solve a lot of problems with Nakivo, for example migrations from old hardware platform to new one using replication. Recovery of a lot of VMs due to a site crash, and many many more.
I'm using it from the beginning and I'm a very happy customer.
