What are the best aspects of this product?

Affordable compared to competition.
Easy to use, very user friendly interface.
Best customer care, I was guided every step of the way. Every question or concern I had was addressed almost immediately by all means possible i.e. Google meet calls, phone calls and email.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far so good, I have not had a problem or anything I would wish to ask be added.

I believe I have everything I needed.
