Best backup solution for all of our customers!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Backup in local NAS and cloud storage. Super easy to configure and to use, the new UI is awesome and last but not least it's constantly updated with new features. The technical support will always gets you out of trouble in minutes. Supports a lot of cloud storage providers, phisical machine backup and P2V backup \ restore.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Unfortunately, it's still missing a cloud controller (there's one but needs to NAT ports or VPN)

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Cloud controller with NO VPN \ no port forwarding \ no IP binding

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We restored a lot of corrupted \ cryptolocked \ broken virtual machines and even phisical servers.
