What are the best aspects of this product?
You can run this software on linux servers, nas devices, windows servers. So it's very flexible in this way. Also very easy to install and configure, fast support.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes (for us it's 2 times in 5 years) backup repositories becomes unresponsive. But support team takes action very swiftly and resolves within hours.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
They have a great beta program. You can use new features and report them what you want to see on the next update. They listen to their customer base.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were using a different solution before Nakivo it was too expensive compared to Nakivo, and also writing speed is incredibly high with Nakivo.
