What are the best aspects of this product?

NAKIVO Backup and Replication is a very easy to use software that has incredible potential out of the box. We have been installing it over the last few years in different types of installations, all very different from each other, and it works remarkably well. Without a doubt, its flexibility and scalability are a big highlight. Plus, in case you're short on backup space, there are a variety of compression options that are mind-blowing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes, logs are a little bit hard to see. That's because there are some heavy internal problems. Nonetheless, when you ask for support, they answer in less than 24 hours with a very accurate solution.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Just the better logs management.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The data replication and server failures mitigation.
