What are the best aspects of this product?
it has a small footprint,
it does not need an additional Windows license
It's quickly set up and easy to use, the basic usage even for people without a large technical background.
It "just works". Once it runs, we haven't had any issue yet. It just works.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Updating the VM is not as easy as using it, but: Reading the releasenotes, easy updating is comming with the next version .
Running an automatic boot check on the backupped VMs needs a lot of finetuning (or time) and sometimes fails even though the VM is properly backed up.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Automatic backup to tape & Other external storage.

smooth running backup that checks itself for real integrity that we can safely dispatch to customers
