Easy onsite Backups and Replication, Scalability, Support, and constantly adding new features. This product has surpassed our expectations and has been a great addition to our portfolio.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can't think of any negative, but one suggestion would be to integrate BackBlaze B2 storage into it's cloud support offerings

BackBlaze B2 Storage cloud integration.
