What are the best aspects of this product?

Very user-friendly, easy to integrate with storage devices example NAS drives, fast backups, and quick recovery methods.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We haven't had any issues with it thus far.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

For our requirements, the current features are more than sufficient.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We needed software to securely backup virtual servers and be able to recover them very quickly should something go wrong.
