What are the best aspects of this product?
The best aspect of the product is it's ability and flexibility to accommodate any type or kind or infrastructure. From a single Hyper-V host on prem to a hybrid cloud DR plan between ESX and Hyper-V systems.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
File level restoration on linux file systems. Some file system on some linux operating system works great but some times, you need to restore the entire VHD, attach it to a vm simply to mount the file system and restore a file.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Focusing on a backup software approach instead of a VM backup software. Backing up VMs of all kings has been mastered by that software. Expending that same cost/value product to completely replace OS level backup software needs would be amazing.

Disaster recovery, virtual machine migration, most filesystem file level backup.
