What are the best aspects of this product?
The thing I like most about the software is it backs ups reliably and efficeintly and the overall cost of the solution we have in place is well within our budget.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only problem we experienced was updating the software and the transporters not working correcly afterwards. A restart usually resolves the problem.

Happy with feature so far
