What are the best aspects of this product?
Ease of use, possibility of using different types of repositories including cloud, detailed backup scheduling, notifications for the administrator.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
To upgrade from 10.2 to 10.4 I had to use a rather boring procedure, I would have preferred to perform an in-place upgrade.
