Easy to deploy and configure… then it works great in the background

What are the best aspects of this product?

easy to deploy, in my case as VMware appliance
clear and easy to use User Interface
simple configuration
covers all storage options I need (SMB and local USB disk)
ease of customization. It is Linux, so installing e.g. Zabbix agent on it for monitoring is a breeze
good reporting and email notification system
incremental backups are fast and light

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

add SNMP capability
repository - add creating repository on attached USB drive straight from GUI (may not be a priority in enterprise environment...)
