What are the best aspects of this product?

It backs up VMs in an easy and efficient way, without interrupting the VM's operation.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The backup execution plan is tied to a host; if the VM on that host is changed, the backup plan will no longer run. It would be very useful to change this so that it is not tied to the host where the VM is located.
