What are the best aspects of this product?
Really easy to setup, no need of a training, very affordable (using it for backing up a Nutanix cluster)
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Actually I haven't found any real problems, maybe some technicians or resellers from my home country Germany may have a problem with English speaking sales and support team - but I had absolutely no problems.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Remote upgrade of Synology Transporters would be fine.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Veeam couldn't backup our file server (5 TB) any more, didn't find a solution with Veeam support in weeks.
