What are the best aspects of this product?
Easy to setup and configure. The price is very good! Tech support is excellent!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only thing I find strange, is that if a transporter is busy, and a backup is delayed it puts an error in the log, but then the backup runs later, and it doesn't clear that error...maybe there is a reason for it.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I honestly can't think of anything that would helpful in our environment...it is perfect as is.

Keeping backups safe from loss due to pretty much anything, including ransomware.
