What are the best aspects of this product?
Easy to use, can be installed on a NAS (Synology) and therefore does not require a dedicated VM. In addition, very efficient and fast.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Difficult to say ...
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
It misses the possibility to be able to store the encrypted backup on a Synoloy

Take backups and be sure that it is possible to restore with peace of mind
