What are the best aspects of this product?
Many enterprise level features in a product easy to install, configure and update. Ready to run OVA linux based appliances to deploy a cost-effective solution in minutes. The web interface is easy to use and you can create a user that can recover files without recovering VMs. Many powerful features such as replication, self healing, backup to the cloud, etc are included at no addictional cost.
Technical support is very fast and responsive.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The interface is web based so its responsiveness depends on resources and browser.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Automatic pending snapshot management and alert.

Reliable backup of dozens of customers since we are MSP.
