What are the best aspects of this product?

Runs out of the box without too much administration and work on the VMs. Only activating CBT was the only work not expected but easy to follow the advice on the nakivo website. Documentation also is perfect to help yourself. I was able to make it running for 3 VMWARE servers and 2 Synologys on 2 sites in under an hour. backup is also very fast and effective

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

some automation to make vmware CBT activation possible by "klick" would be helpful but does not really hinder perfect and easy backup.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I don't know. For me that product is almost complete

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

backing up vmware servers from 2 sites cross-over to the other site onto cheap and effective synology boxes
