What are the best aspects of this product?

New VMs are automatically added to the backup
Complete restore or the recovery of a single file is done with a few clicks.
It doesn't matter whether it's 3 or 100 VMs.
The support helps even with simple questions fast, very polite and competent.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nakivo is constantly being developed anche there is no reason for complaint here.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Automatic Site recovery features could be easier in the first-setup and management.
