Excellent backup solution

What are the best aspects of this product?

This backup runs quickly and can be used with a variety of different storage solutions including several off-site even without running a dedicated VPN. The ability to receive emails both when issues arise and when backups are running smoothly eliminates a device that needs to be logged into on a regular basis. The option to spin up a VM from the backup to get a company back on its feet in moments is a huge win.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No issues so far.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Ability to backup via FTP would be awesome.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

VDP backup failure because of time limitations. Inability to resize backup storage pool because of VDP limitations. Ease of use an ability to have central backup devices use several storage pools for both onsite and offsite backups without needing a separate device for both.

Why did you decide to change it?

Slow speed restoring and backing up. Failure to complete backup of file server due to time. Multiple other little issues we had been working around.
