Excellent Product

What are the best aspects of this product?

The software is cost effective and very easy to deploy. I am pleased that the team are very knowledgable with Linux and that the software can be installed on a number of different platforms.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are not really any negatives as the software does what it is supposed to do and the support is there if there is a problem.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

There are none that spring to mind.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We had a corrupt backup repository which was fixed by the support Team.
