Excellent product for Replcation and Backup

What are the best aspects of this product?

We use [NAKIVO Backup & Replication] as our main backup solution for our vmware infrastructure. It is a very efficient tool that simplifies our backup and recovery processes in speed, price and dependability. We have Nakivo installed on our Synology NAS external storage With Nakivo and Synology storage solutions teamed together, it provides us with a very affordable, reliable and robust backup and recovery solution. In some cases we are using transporter of Nakino on Virtual machine with out NAS synology system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A better process to resolve backup errors. Nakivo has very good knowledge database , but on some cases the error message are misunderstanding. For this reason i would like to improve this process

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

On replication procedure i would like to be able to set Harware setting (eg Memory , CPU) of replica VM, cause on some inviroment the backup DR server has less cpu and memory istead of production system

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We safe our business data of disaster situations also we are not spend a lot of time for backup and replication process, only when we receive some mail with error , we check it
