Excellent software for use on a Synology

What are the best aspects of this product?

Incredibly easy to setup and run. The interface is web based and easy to use. The ability to run this software on a Synology NAS really sets it apart from other solutions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to see hyper-v snapshots remain intact after a backups run.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I'd like to see better integration with an offsite synology unit.
