Excellent solution that is very economical

What are the best aspects of this product?

Our backup solution is quite unique. We have 2 data centers that require bandwidth throttling, to ensure that business traffic does not get affected by the backup/restoration. Both data centers are using VMWare however our smaller data center is using a small server that only has a single-core, so we need to use the Director from the larger data center which traverses over VPN. This solution allows us to do exactly what we need, all while being very easy to do, and being very cost-effective.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We don't really have any features or problem areas that could work better. The support team is very thorough and ensures we are ready to go, right from the beginning

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Keep everything that is in the current version in future versions. No additions needed!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Ability to throttle or rate limit the backup bandwidth. Also, having a repository off location, in the cloud was a great option.
