PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Ease of use. Was able to use product effectively without opening up a manual. Duplication capabilities are much better than that of their primary competitor.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Better email alerts would be helpful. Currently there's no way to only receive notifications limited to backup errors. You need to set your jobs to send backup reports and then create your own email filters to only display jobs with errors.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Automated mechanisms to consolidate multiple backup storage targets

Legacy backup product suffered from frequent failures that took hours/days to recover from.
