What are the best aspects of this product?

Fast installation on various platforms. I have used this product on both a Windows host and a Synology NAS unit. It installed very quickly and we were running backup jobs in no time. It is very simple to use. Lots of wizards to guide you through the setup process. It is an agentless application which makes it extremely easy to get up and running.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

None at this time. I've used this product at a previous employer with great success. I also run it in my homelab for backing up my personal VMs.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would love to see the ability to backup a physical host. I have a couple in production that are not necessarily able to be virtualized.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Using Nakivo Backup and Recovery gave me a solid backup product without breaking the bank.
