What are the best aspects of this product?
Installation is done in minutes
Administration of the product only requires the use of a web browser
Administration of basic tasks is done easily
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Running on QNAP NAS, you can not restore folders e. g. with german umlauts, this is limited to missing locales on the QNAP side. But there is a easy workaround for this.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
there should be a software client for native systems (windows/linux)
maybe tape support

as a computer retailer I was searching a solution for customers with only a hypervisor and a NAS where the backups software will run on-top the NAS.
NAKIVO was the solution.
