Nakivo Back up and replicationis a great solution that integrates into your infrastructure easily, and data is kept safe

It's very user-friendly interface.

And the customer support are always available for any question.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far I haven't seen any down from this application.

If they could make the guide/knowledge base in french it would be perfect

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I am currently checking on the NAS backup, the features seems proper

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

THe solution never crashed and provided us with 24/ 7 support + backing up our data and keeping it safe
