What are the best aspects of this product?
Easy enough to set up, works well with Hyper V and Cloud backup to Wasabi. Support are responsive and a good help.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Retention of Backups on NAS drives sometimes require manual deletion to free up space.

We had to restore our VM\\\'s from a cloud backup and the software worked well preventing loss of data.
