Good backup product, even for smaller companies

What are the best aspects of this product?

The license packs are ideal for smaller companies that do not want to overpay on a backup solution.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes the installation for transporters seems to be a bit cumbersome.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

As we have only a need for a minimal amount of features being a small company we would not know what more to ask for

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Creating automatic backups as opposed to doing so manually.
