What are the best aspects of this product?
Easy to install and set up, especially for a Synology NAS. Good backup solution to Hyper-V VMs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
That would be better if it can back up the VM host servers at the same time.

1. Backup the VM host servers.
2. Sync to Cloud Storage.
